The FORUM NOVÁ KAROLINA OSTRAVA shopping and entertainment centre has a total leasable area of 58,000 m2 with 80% of retail units. It is perfectly integrated into the Nová Karolina urban area.
In the FORUM NOVÁ KAROLINA OSTRAVA project, we were tasked with designing the Panda bar, foodcourt and Wintergarden. The project consisted in complex technological procedures and the demand for luxurious materials. As experts and fit out contractors, our job was to manage comprehensive tasks and the technical aspect of a very challenging assignment (massive light canopies including statics, stone and wooden floors, built-in and freestanding furniture). We managed to achieve a flawless process and a final design that is in line with the client's wishes.
