We designed and furnished two floors of Gardner Denver in Brno. The modern reception area with comfortable seating connects to a corridor with interesting black and white graphic art and motivational slogans on the walls. The corridor was also designed and adapted to allow people from different departments to easily reach their colleagues on the other side of the floor.
We also relocated the key press centre, which is now closer to all teams. While waiting in line, employees can sit in a compact booth and talk to colleagues.
The space was given more soft zones for informal gatherings and nooks and crannies away from work areas. These are also designed to bring employees across teams closer together, as they can discuss even crucial matters here over coffee.
