The Olympia Olomouc shopping centre, which opened in 2004, offers almost 100 stores on an area of 32,000 square metres; it is owned by Centrum Olympia Olomouc, a.s.
In 2015, Olympia Olomouc invested heavily in its transformation. It launched a new outdoor playground and children's play area, and modernised the food court as part of our fit out. In cooperation with K4 studio, our designers developed the full concept and plans for these spaces. We transformed the original rustic food court into a light and airy space that offers a variety of options for dining and relaxing. The project featured an efficient and fast-track construction system designed by our implementation team.
