Japanese company SMC is a global market leader in industrial automation with pneumatic and electrical systems.
We first worked on their offices in Vyškov, after which we also renovated their branch in Brno, transforming several closed offices, open-space offices and the reception area.
The identity and Asian style of the space is enhanced by wallpaper and acoustic art depicting Japanese landscapes.

We combined the blue in the SMC logo with the red circle from the Japanese flag to pay homage to the company's home country in our design of the Brno branch.
Wooden elements and workstation partitions inspired by Japanese paper walls add an authentic touch to the space..
The emphasis on bold design is evident in the reception area, which includes a Corian counter, lighting by Bomma and porcelain elements by Czech designer Daniel Piršč.
